By visiting our store and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and specifications accurately. Product images are for illustration; small variations may occur.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. We reserve the right to change prices and offers at any time. Payment is taken when your order is placed.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

5. Use of the product

WaxClean is intended for gently cleaning the outer part of the ear canal. Follow the included instructions, never insert the tip deep into the ear, and use a clean tip for each person. Do not use the product if you have ear pain, an ear infection, a perforated eardrum or reduced hearing – consult a healthcare professional first. WaxClean is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.
