90-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with WaxClean. If you're not satisfied, you can return your order within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Conditions
- For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted for products that are unopened and in their original packaging.
- If you bought two units, you're welcome to try one and return the other unopened one.
- Products that arrive damaged or defective are always replaced or refunded – contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
How to return
- Email us at info@waxclean.se with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions within 24 hours on business days.
- Once we've received and checked the return, we refund you to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Unless the item is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us the same day the order was placed. Once an order has been processed it can no longer be cancelled, and the return policy above applies.
