How does WaxClean work?

Connect WaxClean to the free app on your phone. The built-in HD camera with LED light shows the inside of your ear in real time, so you can gently scoop wax from the entrance of the ear canal while you watch.

Which phones does it work with?

iPhone and Android – the app is free in the App Store and Google Play.

Is it safe to use?

WaxClean uses soft, flexible silicone tips and lets you see what you're doing. Only clean the outer part of the ear canal and never push the tip in deep. If you have ear pain, an ear infection, a perforated eardrum or reduced hearing, talk to a healthcare professional first.

How often should I use it?

Most people clean their ears every 1–2 weeks or whenever they feel a build-up of wax.

How do I clean the tips?

Remove the tip, rinse it with warm water or wipe it with an alcohol pad and let it dry before attaching it again.

Can the whole family use it?

Yes – give everyone their own silicone tip. Extra tips are available as an accessory.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 35 minutes per charge. A full charge via USB-C takes about 60 minutes.

What is the difference between Standard and Full Kit?

The Full Kit includes everything in Standard plus 8 extra cleaning brushes.
